There
was so much to see downtown, but I had to get back home to take pictures of the
family.

The
sun was getting higher and It was getting harder to find areas where
there was contrast between the snow and other objects. This is
looking own toward the stage in Indian Springs Park.
The
Cameron Park entrance.
The
Brazos River looking towards Waco Drive from Cameron Park.
Lonely
Bird on a wooden fence. He was playing with a piece of plastic in
the snow. He would pick it up then throw it and dive into the snow
with it.
The
railroad tracks crossing U. Parks.
Church
at Clay Ave. and S. 2nd St.
This
was a plowed field just south of HWY 6 and Bagby Ave.
Same
location but looking towards the Hewitt area.
I
was heading home so I could get some family pictures.
Playground
cover in snow. The moisture had lifted high enough that we now had
a low cloud cover. It would last until about 14 hrs.
I
made it home and went outside with Carlos. He was knocking the
snow off the tree. Most of it ended up inside his jacket.
This
was Isabelle's first snow. She wasn't too happy because it was too
cold.
Vicky
was all excited about running around and eating snow. She got hit
by a couple of snowballs but she is use to the rough playing so it
didn't bother her.
Carlos
and Maiko came out to have a snowball fight with me.
That
is the mother of all snowballs.
I
had my gloves on so my hands stayed warm.
Carlos
had to put his hands in his pockets once in awhile to get them warm
again. No mercy.
Isabelle
and Elfida after Carlos got them with a snowball.
The whole family, including Dora, came over to take
pictures.
About two hours after the last picture was taken the
snow had disappeared from the ground. The day warmed up as the sun
came out. By the next day you couldn't tell it had snowed.
